How do you take the plant home?
When you have found a large houseplant at the garden center that you would like to take home, transporting it can be a challenge. Many garden centers offer a delivery service, so if you don’t have suitable transportation, this might be an option. If you want to provide your own transportation, make sure you have a car large enough to transport the plant comfortably. Is your car too small? Then you can always rent a van (Dutch: bestelbus huren) or a moving van (Dutch: verhuiswagen huren). Then you won’t have to cram the plant into the car, which will most likely break some branches or leaves.
